SortProR Racksorter places up to 1,800 samples/h in racks, depending on the racks to be loaded, With two rack modules, you achieve up to 3,600 samples/h being flawlessly processed. This means that samples can be placed in racks just as quickly as they are identified, registered and processed by the SortPro.

SortProR Racksorter works with any racks

Each SortProR Module has up to five drawers on which any configuration of similar or different racks can be realized individually for the needs of your laboratory. The total capacity of the five drawers is up to 1,000 samples. Basically, all rack types that are equipped in a perpendicular movement can be used (including centrifuge racks!). We would be happy to check the racks you use for compatibility.

How many samples can I pour into the funnel of the SortPro?

The funnel of the SortPro can handle more than 500 samples at once. This number may vary according to the sample containers (tubes) used and their sizes.

What is the capacity of samples per rack module

The 5 drawers can handle up to 1,000 samples, in their maximimum capacity. This reduces the workload for the laboratory staff, enabling a higher walk-away-time (more than 20 minutes).

Which analyzer racks are compatible with the SortProR Racksorter?

Will the samples be sorted and distributed rapidly enough?

Sorting and distrubuting over 1,800 samples/module/hour, the new SortPro R is extremely agile and the fastest tube sorter on the market. Feel free to contact us to receive a project customized to your needs.

Is it possible to combine multiple rack types in one module?

Yes, it is! The SortPro R was designed from the scratch to provide laboratories with speed, reliability and flexibility. Both analyzer racks as well as centrifuge cups can be loaded automatically.

Does the SortPro R Racksorter work as an archiver?

Yes, it does! Samples without further requests are archived. The identification of archive racks are based on: RFID, barcode or manual input. The whole process is linked to the LIMS: transmission of sample barcode, position in rack, rack ID etc.
